Dr. Angela Ramsay is an organizational development strategist, award-winning educator and ICF-credentialed coach. She helps organizations strengthen judgment, conduct, leadership and organizational practice through carefully developed systems, codes of conduct, critical-thinking programmes and focused training.

 

Her experience ranges from designing comprehensive organizational systems to developing programmes for senior executives, managers, supervisors and employees on the factory floor. She was one of the architects of the Commonwealth Teacher Recruitment Protocol, published by the Commonwealth Secretariat, and led Wray & Nephew Limited to become the first organization in Jamaica to receive the Ministry of Labour’s Gold Certificate for Occupational Health and Safety.
